The Making of Modern Law: Trials, 1600-1926 is now available in GALILEO@UGA (password required), thanks to the UGA Law Library. The database contains the full text of trial accounts–both official and popular–that have appeared in books and pamphlets. The focus is on trials that occurred in the United States, Britain, Ireland, and Canada; however, a few trials from other jurisdictions such as France are also included.
