Room Information

Due to the need for extra classroom space, room reservations for the 2021 Spring semester are not being taken at this time.

For reservation information and usage policies, please see the Reservation and Usage Policies page. Please note that room reservations and rentals are open to UGA-affiliated groups only, but no Greek organizations are permitted.

Rental rates are priced for events taking place during regular business hours (Monday -Friday, 8-5) as well as those happening outside of normal hours of operation.

Please note rental rate increases, these will be effective starting July 1, 2021.

A flat $100 catering fee is applied to any rental that indcludes catering and/or food. This fee is not included in any room rental fee listed below.

Food and drink are prohibited in the Auditorium (271).
